Income Structure
With our business model above, our income comes mainly from 1) fee business for our integrated service 2) investment business and 3) hotel operation. They are also classified as recurrent type income and non-recurrent type income. We are going to strengthen the recurrent income base to have stable income structure on which we will seek for one-off income which is more opportunistic in nature.
In our business segment of maritime investment / management and property investment / management, our income is realised in accordance with our activities. As an integrated service provider, as well as co-investor, we are thus taking various income opportunities from multiple source of income.
